Your role:

Build and manage a team of specialized freelancers (game developers, backend engineers, artists, audio experts, QA, etc.).

Take full responsibility for coordinating and integrating all project tasks.

Oversee the entire development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Communicate directly with me for project vision, updates, and feedback.

Deliver a polished, fully integrated mobile cricket game ready for launch.

You will:

Find, hire, and manage the right freelancers for each required role.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth collaboration.

Solve technical and project challenges to keep everything on track.
After completing the entire project you will deliver it to me.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing end-to-end game development projects.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Technical expertise in game development (Unity, Unreal, or similar).

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Experience with multiplayer games and backend infrastructure is a plus.
