IT Project Manager for Insurance

Daimon srl is a young ICT consulting company that provides technological and digital services and skills to important Italian and international companies.
To support one of our important clients, we are interested in collaborating with a freelance Project Manager, with experience in the insurance sector, for a project in the evolutionary development of a well-known online comparator.
The resource will guide and coordinate complex projects, ensuring time and costs with respect to the company's strategic objectives.
PM Skills
- at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects
- management of a software development team
- monitoring and control of project progress
- management of project stakeholders
- ensuring the quality of the service offered
- knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall)
Insurance Skills
- knowledge of the issuing and management flow of an insurance product
- knowledge of insurance products
- knowledge of the administrative part of an insurance flow (a plus)
You will work as a member of the Team, collaborating with the internal customer and developers, in a constructive and cohesive environment and in a complex and stimulating context.
The activities will be carried out in hybrid mode, with an average presence of 3 days a week at the Customer's Rome office.
A full-time commitment is required, to maximize effectiveness and synergies within the project.
We foresee a 6-month freelance contract, with the possibility of further extension.
