Project Manager for Indie Studio
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Anthro Entertainment LLC is a grassroots, fast-growing entertainment studio, now entering an intense production cycle across multiple multimedia projects. To keep momentum high, I need a hands-on project manager who can jump in immediately and own three core areas: daily team coordination, transparent budget management, and clear, friendly client communication.
Because we are still small, adaptability matters more than a polished corporate résumé. If you already hold—or are working toward—your PMP, great; if not, show me the mindset and curiosity to reach that level and I’ll value your drive just as highly. You’ll work directly with me, our creative leads, and our external partners, guiding ideas from whiteboard to release.
Key outcomes expected:
• A living project plan that everyone can follow, updated in real time.
• Weekly status summaries that spotlight risks, wins, and budget health.
• A single source of truth for costs, ensuring each dollar is visible before it’s spent.
• Professional yet personable client updates that strengthen our relationships.
We rely on collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and whichever project board—Asana, Trello, ClickUp—you prefer; feel free to recommend others that fit our workflow. Success here is simple: the team always knows what comes next, clients feel informed, and the budget never surprises anyone.
If energizing a creative, indie environment sounds exciting and you’re ready to steer projects from chaos to clarity, let’s start our first planning call and map out the next sprint together.
