The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you are the link between clients and internal teams. You lead by example to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of projects. You monitor progress, streamline processes, and contribute to strategic improvements across the organization. You focus on partnership, innovation, and performance, making sure projects don’t just get delivered—but truly make an impact.
What will you do?
• Coordinate and manage implementation and optimization projects for our clients, acting as a real collaboration partner.
• Work with colleagues to ensure clients are seamlessly integrated into our platform, fully meeting their needs and requirements.
• Support the onboarding of our operators, equipping them with all the tools they need for optimal performance.
• Facilitate efficient collaboration between sales, development, and operations so projects run smoothly and effectively.
• Create project plans and manage priorities with a focus on speed and quality.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimizations both internally and externally.
• Manage stakeholders and client relationships, acting as a trustworthy and honest partner.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and project outcomes, translating our performance-based model into measurable success.
Who are you?
• You have experience as a Project Manager, Consultant, or in a similar coordinating role.
• You understand performance-driven, strategic projects and know how to guide both teams and clients.
• You are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a sharp eye for process optimization.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methods is a plus.
• You are a strong communicator and know how to manage stakeholders at various levels.
• You enjoy working in an environment where innovation and performance go hand in hand.
