Project Manager With Graphic Designing

We’re a growing digital business with multiple WordPress websites and online projects. We’re looking for a client-facing Account / Project Manager who can also create visual assets and mockups. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, manage projects from start to finish, and support the design process so our developer can build efficiently.

You will:

Act as the main client contact: gather requirements, collect content, manage approvals, provide status updates.

Plan and track projects: keep tasks organised, set timelines, follow up on deliverables.

Create website mockups/wireframes and simple marketing graphics (banners, social posts, landing page images).

Hand off approved designs/content to the developer for implementation.

Maintain a shared drive of client assets and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Provide weekly progress reports and flag any risks early.

Requirements:

Experience managing web or digital projects from start to finish.

Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).

Ability to create website mockups (Figma, XD, Photoshop, or similar).

Excellent communication and organisational skills; comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects.

Available to work during PST hours (full-time).

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of WordPress/Divi.

Familiarity with project management tools.

Understanding of basic on-page SEO.

Budget & Hours:

$260 CAD/month full-time PST hours
