Project Manager and Tester

I am looking for assistance to manage my projects. I am a software development and data consultant. I supply asp.net , php and excel.vba services. I am looking for a project manager/tester to take projecst from me, understand the scope/brief, coordinate internal resources to develop them, test and cycle edits/bugs. Finally present the project to me (most likely several times in a project cycle). Role will be +- 10 hours per week to start and you will need
-some software development experience is a bonus so you can manage project details and speak developer language
-good PM skills (we use Trello)
-good communication (you and I will meets/zoom frequently) and you will manage developers via skype/trello etc.

This suits a full time freelancer (not an after hours FL) who is looking for more hours. I will meet with you Indian/Asia time mornings. You will work with developers in your mid day etc. Please do NOT apply if you have full tiem work and think you can fit this in after hours. Thanks
