Project Manager – Systems Transition, Reporting & Jira Expert

We’re looking for a freelance Project Manager to oversee the execution of a systems transition project — ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in project planning, reporting, data analysis, and hands-on Jira expertise.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of the systems transition project.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and progress trackers.
Create and manage Jira dashboards, workflows, and automation.
Analyze project data and prepare insightful reports for stakeholders.
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective transition execution.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Project Management (preferably in IT or systems transitions).
Proven experience with Jira (administration, reporting, dashboards).
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
