Project Manager / Scrum Master for an internal Proof of Concept project
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
**Location:** Remote (Preference for candidates near the GMT/London timezone)
**Duration:** Short-term, Hourly Engagement
**Project Overview:**
We are currently working on an internal Proof of Concept (POC) project. We are in need of an experienced project manager or scrum master to interpret our UI/UX designs and flows into user stories and build out a comprehensive backlog for our development team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate closely with our BA and UI/UX designers to understand and interpret designs and user flows.
2. Convert designs into clear, actionable user stories.
3. Create and manage a detailed backlog for our development team.
4. Engage in regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
5. Maintain open communication with stakeholders to keep everyone updated on project status.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a project manager, scrum master, or similar role.
2. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate designs into actionable tasks for native mobile and Web developers.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative remote-only environment.
5. Flexibility to work during evening hours to accommodate our UK-based project team.
**Additional Information:**
- This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a side engagement alongside their full-time role.
- While the meeting schedule will be flexible, candidates should be willing to work during evening hours to align with our UK-based team. Meetings will likely be held twice a week at 8 PM London time.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in or near the London time zone to ensure smoother collaboration.
