We’re looking for a Project Manager with proven leadership experience, leading developers teams, from conception to delivery/execution. In this role, you will work directly with the senior team members and product managers to define requirements and collaborate with design and engineering to create the vision and end product. Excellent communication skills are a must—with your team, and with upper management. As a successful Project Manager, it will be expected of you to coordinate the different departments, especially as liaison between management and the project’s teams. The ideal candidate should have amazing computer development skills.

Responsibilities:

- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
- Being responsible for all aspects of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.
- Writing up all project documentation.
- Submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers.
- Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ previous experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
