We are looking for a freelance Project Manager to help us validate our MVP and prepare it for a controlled pilot launch with limited users.

This is a short-term project focused on ensuring the product is ready before moving to the next stage.

### Scope of Work

* Review and test the MVP (functionality + user flow)
* Identify gaps, bugs, or usability issues
* Define basic readiness criteria for pilot launch
* Coordinate with the development team to close critical issues
* Plan and manage a small pilot rollout with limited users
* Collect feedback and provide a clear recommendation for next steps

### Deliverables

* MVP readiness checklist
* Go / No-Go recommendation for pilot
* Simple pilot launch plan (users, KPIs, feedback method)
* Final summary report with improvement suggestions
