Project Manager Needed for GoMenu SaaS
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are a small team (2 founders) building GoMenu, a template-based system for food & e-commerce brands.
We need a part-time project manager who can:
- Set up a simple system (Notion or Trello) to manage tasks and docs
- Organize our documentation in Google Docs / Google Drive
- Set up and manage our Discord workspace for the team (channels, roles, basic structure)
- Find and manage affordable developers, designers, and QA (strong value for money)
- Turn our ideas into clear tasks and follow through until they are completed
- Give us short, clear updates (what’s done / what’s blocked / what’s next)
Ideal person:
- Has managed remote teams before
- Has worked with software / web / app projects
- Comfortable hiring and testing low-cost freelancers while keeping quality high
- Very organized, proactive, and good with English communication
- Knows how to keep tools simple: Notion or Trello + Google Docs + Discord
- Thinks like an owner, not just a task taker
Budget & time:
- We are an early-stage startup with a lean budget, so we are looking for someone happy to work at a competitive, affordable rate
- Start part-time (10–20 hours per week) with potential to increase as we grow
Long-term opportunities:
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just do a few tasks and leave.
If we work well together, this role can:
- Become a long-term ongoing position
- Come with more responsibility and autonomy
- Potentially grow into a partner-level role in the future for the right person
If you apply, please briefly share:
- An example of a system/board you set up (Notion, Trello, or similar)
- How you usually find and test cheap but reliable developers/designers
- Your hourly rate and typical availability per week
