Project Manager To Help Scale - English/Spanish (only from South and North America or Europe)

I am looking for someone who can help as a project manager for my business which has a great value proposition.
I am offering 50% on deals closed at the beginning of this relationship (which I will close not you) which are currently minimum 500USD and up to 1000k USD, but with a proper project managing can go up to 3000USD each or more. And I can do at least 10 of this a month, even more to start.
I do advertising on Google, Facebook, Tiktok, and LinkedIn. I can also do SEO. I have a developer and a graphic designer. I can create marketing videos for social media to increase awareness (and I am pretty good at it). I currently manage ads for up to 300K USD a month in ad spend, which is a pretty good selling point. I have worked with really known public figures.
I have pretty good value propositions but lack the tiime to manage my project properly.
I need someone to create with me a plan (I have a pretty good idea of where to start) and help me execute it to scale this business which I know has a 6 figure potential, even more.
