Project Manager Digital Solutions and integrations

We create solutions for automation / marketing / business processes.
For this position we are looking for someone with high level english, experience with understanding technical issues and having the possibility/experience in breaking it down into tasks for our development team - as a technical project manager.
You have a clear passion for organisation and structure, experienced with creating scoping documents to explain to developers what needs to be built.
You will be working very close with our CTO and assisting before/during/after meetings with Clients and employees and making sure the ideas discussed over the meeting will turn into real software.
Example is that we during the meeting scetch down a suggested solution on how to integrate system X with Y - during the meeting with Client CTO usually comes up with ideas on how to solve - your task is to make sure to create all of these tasks so we can discuss them with the development team, you would also research how a potential API works (by for example connecting with postman) .
Another example is that we are building two different internal SAAS platforms , you will be helping out working with scoping down the solution for our development team.
You do not need to be a fullblown developer, but you need to have good experience with API, Postman, Jira, Scoping, SQL, Heroku/AWS, software development, backlog
For the right person this is an amazing possibility as you will be a very close team with our CTO , building great products.
Bonus is if you have experience with either integromat or zapier.
