Project Manager & Developer Needed
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹0 INR
I’m gearing up for a new product launch and need two pillars in place: a Project Manager to steer the schedule and a Software Developer to build the core features.
The Project Manager role covers scoping, timeline creation, risk tracking, and cross-team coordination. I expect a clear roadmap, weekly status reports, and crisp communication—Jira or Asana experience will help you hit the ground running.
On the development side, the Software Developer will turn product specs into a clean, test-covered codebase. A modern web stack such as React + Node + PostgreSQL is preferred, yet I’m open to alternatives you can champion with solid reasoning. Continuous integration, pull-request etiquette, and readable documentation are must-haves.
Key deliverables
• 3-month project plan with milestones and dependencies
• MVP code in a shared GitHub repo, complete with automated tests
• Concise hand-over documentation for both roles
If you have prior success shipping complex projects on time and on budget, demonstrate it with links, screenshots, or repo access. Also include your weekly availability and any questions that help you estimate effort accurately.
