Hi! We are looking for a positive energetic team player to join our young team! Due to our growth we need help with the following tasks!

Primary Tasks:

Clickup Ticket Management - Creation of Clickup tasks post meeting and management of task functions

Google Sheets Data Migrations - Mass remove duplicates, Filtering, mixing and matching data, importing/exporting from CRM's etc. This can be trained but previous experience is a massive bonus

Monitoring Clients To-Do's - Reviewing what each client needs to send us and keeping them on track.

Reviewing Launches - Ensure that tickets are properly created and launches reviewed.

SOP Development (Detailed Looms + Tango)



Secondary Tasks:

Canva Development - Developing Canva tasks

Email Technical Client Support - Ability to email clients and communicate in a friendly soft tone (over email and text)

Loom video support (Must be able to create a technical loom video with no heavy accent)
