Project Manager in China for Various Projects

Job description:
The project manager will be responsible for identify, evaluating, and engaging suppliers in China to support our operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the Chinese market and excellent negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Market research and identify potential suppliers and manufacturers in China for various projects.
2. Conduct outreach and establish relationships with suppliers.
3. Evaluate suppliers capabilities, pricing and quality standards.
4. Responsible of export of goods abroad.
5. Stay updated on market trends and regulations affecting import/export operations.
6. Develop the useful and appropriate sourcing strategy to local products and services.
7. Identify and develop new potential, as well as known (local/regional/global) suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of engineering, business administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in sourcing or procurement.
3. Strong understanding of Chinese manufacturing and supply chain processes.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. If you are not local Chinese, the chances of selection is very low.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
6. Ability to work in a global business environment and willingness to travel.
7. Location: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai.
