Project Manager

I’m looking for a seasoned project manager to steer an AI-driven work-management initiative from planning through hand-off. The project sits at the crossroads of AI, automation, and modern collaboration tech, so I need someone who can translate business goals into an actionable roadmap and keep everything aligned.
Scope
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of an AI, automation and technology project focused on work management.
• Orchestrate all three pillars—task management, resource planning, and team collaboration—ensuring each one is mapped to clear milestones.
• Evaluate and select the right stack and configure workflows that actually get adopted.
• Build lightweight dashboards, KPIs, and risk registers so leadership always has a real-time view.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; coach the team on agile best practices while staying pragmatic about what the organization can absorb.
• Own documentation and knowledge transfer so operations continue smoothly once you roll off.
Acceptance criteria
1. A signed-off project charter that defines scope, timeline, and success metrics.
2. An implemented workflow covering tasks, resources, and collaboration with automation rules active.
3. A live performance dashboard and weekly status cadence in place.
4. Handover pack—including SOPs, risk log, and lessons learned—approved by leadership.
