We are seeking a motivated, experienced, self-directed, Project Manager who will work on various projects that involve overseeing and managing all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. As a PM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal stakeholders and your team. The PM will also define the standard measurements that provide overall status and progress related to schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables. Core metrics that will be monitored include Deliverable/schedule variance, budget variance, work effort variance (earned vs. burned), estimated time to complete, and estimate at completion.
Responsibilities
• Planning and strategizing: Develop a comprehensive project plan including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. Set clear project goals and objectives and establish a timeline for completion. Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings to communicate project status, updates, and company perspectives.
• Team management: Assemble a project team and assign tasks according to their skills and abilities. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and updates. Conduct meetings and presentations to provide updates and gather feedback. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and take necessary measures to prevent or minimize their impact.
• Budget management: Monitor project costs and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget. Prepare financial reports and forecasts to track spending and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial goals are met.
• Quality control: Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify any issues or defects.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, reports, and status updates. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Maintain organized project records, including documentation of meetings, progress reports, and key communications.
• Change management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to the project team and stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in the workforce.
• 3-4 years minimum of demonstrated experience in project coordination, cost analysis, and budget forecasting.
• Some formal Project Management training
• Experience with Project Management tools and spreadsheets
