Project Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our European and American markets.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets, while ensuring that all project goals and objectives are achieved. You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps Engineer and other project manager, stakeholders, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
1. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines for the projects.
2. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
Project Execution:
1. Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication, task assignment, and progress tracking.
2. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
3. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Project Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in portuguese and living in Portugal
Being able to do some tests when the tasks are completed and deployed
Background as a software developer is a plus
