We are a small business with a diverse portfolio with a visionary leader. We are going from centralized to decentralized model. We want to empower the team to execute on projects and provide more independence to new team members. Our founder is the source of institutional knowledge. Our goal is to bring on a project manager who can develop project scoping documents that help keep everyone and everything on track over the course of the execution of the projects. Project scoping documents will serve as roadmaps. In doing so, team members will have clearer goals, tasks, deliverables deadlines and expectations around what is needed so our founder can focus on strategy versus operations.
