* Scheduling & Schedule Control:
Independent elaboration and detailing of the specified high-level work breakdown structure (WBS) with the involvement of the relevant departments and preparation of a schedule (IMS) in MS Project, taking into account the contractual requirements.
Description of the individual work packages and development of criteria for the subsequent determination of performance / degree of completion.
Regular (bi-weekly) enquiry of the degree of completion and deadline situation at the TPL and updating of the schedule. Bi-weekly evaluation of schedule deviations, explanation of deviations
