Project Management Work

I require a professional project manager for work on a project.

Please find below the required work for the attached file:
1. Provide an executive summary. of the case
2. Build a project plan (activities and timeframes) based on the tasks described in the case.
3. Determine how long the project would take under normal circumstances;
4. Provide your recommendations on how this project could be successful.

NOTES:
1. Show all your work, to demonstrate your understanding of PM concepts, and mastery of solving scheduling challenges.
3. For showcasing the project plan, either MS Project or Excel is acceptable.

Specifically for the above project, the components of an executive summary would be as follows:
1. Context.
2. Issue/challenge;
Options (solutions) (if applicable);
3. Your recommendation.
4. Implications (i.e. ramifications: cost, timeline, resources, etc.); and,
5. Risks.
