Project Management Information System (PMIS) for transportation agency capital program management

The system should support construction contract administration functions (eg, issues management, RFI and submittal management, etc), resource loaded scheduling, program and project integration, and all other elements to support a functional earned value management reporting, as well as financial management using tools that support FAR compliance audit, such as deltek cost point or equivalent. The systems should support comprehensive reporting, with well designed, simple dashboards for executive briefing and public information programs.
