MS Project Management Enhancement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a professional experienced in MS Project Management for some specific tasks:
- Resource allocation: I'd appreciate a way to optimize and better manage the allocation of resources across the various tasks and subtasks in my project.
- Gantt chart visualization: I wish to visualize my project's progress and timeline using a high-quality, clear Gantt chart.
- Task dependencies: I need to understand and manage the dependencies among tasks in my project better.

1. Illustrations of the gaps and areas of the baseline plan, that ideally would be improved.

2. List of ideas – demonstrating your creativity in use of lateral thinking and any other methods to generate innovation – these can add benefits, reduce costs or time, or lessen risks to time/cost or to benefits being realised.

The project timeline is tight - work should be completed in less than a month. Importantly, once everything is set up and running, I will need training to effectively use these MS Project Management features moving forward.
Skills & experience:
- Extensive experience with MS Project Management, particularly resource allocation, Gantt charting, and task dependencies.
- The ability to provide clear, user-friendly training.
