Project Management Director
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Basic functions and responsibilities:
• Complete due diligence on proposed projects to help determine criteria, timelines and budgets, and prepare project approval packages
• Ensure construction quality control standards (eg cost, time and site layout)
• Negotiate the terms and conditions of construction and project management contracts to follow company standards
• Work with consultants to ensure all required equipment and owner-supplied materials
• Execute or manage external resources to execute the licensing process to avoid unnecessary delays.
