Project Management

The project is for an International NGO managed out of Europe and the US but executed in 3 countries (India, Bangladesh, and Nigeria). The project entails the development of a digital platform for traceability of Vitamin fortification data in edible oil. The system will be used by Edible oil producers and regulatory authorities in the above-mentioned 3 countries. The Technical platform is being developed by HP and the Product owner is from another company. Together with the end client, they all form the consortium. Our role in this project is not at all technical but that of Project Support.

Project Management : (1 person for 2 years)
* Bachelors in IT
* 7-10 Years of Experience.
* Certified Scrum Master (must have). Should have experience in leading a SCRUM process for an international multi-party consortium client.
* Agile Certification (must have).
* Demonstrated expert level of skills and hands-on experience of working with JIRA is a must.
* Other Project Management certification is highly desirable. (e.g. PMI or PRINCE 2).
* Experience in digital transformation is required.
* Experience as a product owner is desirable but not necessary.
* Time commitment of 50 % i.e. 11 days per month. (Billing based on timesheet and completion of deliverables and activities).
* Experience working with public sector clients and International NGOs is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience of working with International clients is a must.

Note: Qualified female candidates are highly preferred.
