Project Lead | Manager | Co-ordinator - Software Application
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
We are an Australian IT company currently working on a web/automation project, hosted on Azure with CRM, SMS and Email integration.
We expect this to be a 3-6 month project and are looking for a project manager for around 5 hours per week.
Requirements are generally not complex but do leave scope for innovation and asking great questions to discover the underlying work process that would best service our client.
This is the next phase of development and the feedback from the client is that the application has made a huge difference and boosted productivity.
Does this sound like you?
- Good understanding of modern web development
- Experience delivering successful software products
- Some background in business analysis to ensure we deliver to the client what they need (and not necessarily what they asked for)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English - to the technical team and for client meetings and reporting
- Ability to keep projects moving forward
- Work as part of a remote team
- Have the skills to effectively manage project risk
- Understand the end result is client satisfaction
- Know the best approach to get the best out of each team member
The role includes:
- Co-ordination and supervision of developers
- Extremely serious about testing and quality and precision delivery
- Experience with Project Management and Work Flow tools
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Have check lists to ensure consistent processes are followed
- Keeping track of project performance & status and provide regular reporting
- Manage issues that may cause delay or increase project risk escalating when needed
- Running meetings with the client, taking minutes and converting actions into developer tasks or procedures
- Managing the targets and milestones keeping the project to its deadlines
- Effective delegation of tasks
- Decisive, problem solving leader
