We are an Australia-based tech agency specialising in small business automation.
We're recruiting for a Project/Implementation Manager (Australia/NZ-based) to work with our clients from their first contact with us, through to post-project support.
You'll be confident in dealing with prospective clients, and helping them to choose the best solution/s for their business.
You don’t need to be a developer, but will need an aptitude to learn and understand new tech. You’ll be great at keeping projects moving, and working with our technical team to help them perform at their best.
An ability to design and implement processes is a must.
Most importantly of all, you’ll be empathetic, assertive, and friendly.
Hours will be flexible, depending on project load and your availability.
You'll be fully trained and supported in how we operate, and what we do.
