I have a project in mind and, as soon as we start our conversation, I’m ready to share a concise description of what I’m trying to achieve—so yes, the basic outline is already prepared. At this stage I need a freelancer who can listen to that short brief, help me turn it into a clear set of tasks, and guide the next steps toward execution. Your role will be to absorb the information I provide, ask any clarifying questions, and translate the concept into an actionable plan that we can later develop together or pass to a specialist if required.
