Project Governance and Software Implementation PMO

I'm looking for an experienced PMO consultant who can assist in developing a comprehensive Project Governance framework and conducting follow-ups on a software implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a Project Governance framework including clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Actively involved in the follow-up of a software implementation project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Project Governance.
- Background in software implementation projects.
- Strong PMO consulting background.
- Excellent understanding of performance metrics and roles definition.
