IT Project BOQ ERP Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a tailor-made ERP environment that lets me manage entire IT projects from the first line of the Bill of Quantity through to final hand-over, all inside a single database-driven workspace. The core of the build is a dedicated Project Management module tightly coupled with an advanced BOQ module.
Within Project Management, every project record must automatically expose its own Bill of Quantity so I can drill down from high-level milestones to the finest component without leaving the screen. No other scheduling frills are required at this stage—accurate, real-time BOQ visibility is the priority.
The BOQ module itself must allow me to:
• Enter and maintain granular material cost estimates (hardware, cabling, licenses, etc.)
• Track progress against each BOQ line so I can see physical completion and expenditure side by side
• Store and report the master Bill of Quantity for each project, with version control to capture approved changes
A clean dashboard view, quick-loading data-entry forms, and printable as well as exportable reports (PDF, Excel) are all expected. Under the hood I am open to your recommended stack—whether you favour Microsoft Power Apps / SQL, a modern MERN setup, or another secure web-based framework—as long as the result is fast, relational, and easy for me to extend later.
Deliverables:
1. Normalised database schema covering projects, BOQ lines, material categories, and progress logs
2. Responsive dashboard with KPI tiles and drill-through charts
3. CRUD forms for projects and BOQ items with validation
4. Report suite: cost summary, progress vs budget, change history
5. Deployment guide and brief user manual
Send me a short note on the tech stack you would choose and a rough timeline for database design, UI build, and testing. I am ready to start as soon as I find the right developer.
