About the role:
Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our
Lending solutions at clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects,
ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in
project management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be
critical in achieving client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope,
timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
➢ Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining
strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
➢ Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction,
motivation, and support to team members.
➢ Scope Management: Manage project scope, identifying and addressing changes in
project requirements effectively.
➢ Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to
ensure successful project outcomes.
➢ Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet
or exceed client expectations.
➢ Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including
personnel, technology, and third-party vendors, as needed.
➢ Communication: Establish clear lines of communication both internally and with
clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns promptly.
➢ Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects
are delivered within approved budgets.
➢ Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project
plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
➢ Change Management: Implement change management processes when
necessary, ensuring that clients and stakeholders are informed and prepared for
changes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; PMP or relevant project
management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing projects, implementation or
programs, preferably in the SaaS or banking technology industry.
• Strong understanding of lending processes and banking/NBFC operations.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
