Private Task Management Coach
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for a highly pragmatic, analytical, and trustworthy coach-assistant to manage and execute numerous complex, multi-layered private projects (100+).
Key Requirements:
Structure & Planning: I need the coach to enforce the creation of high-detailed plans and Clear, Measurable, Time-bound (CMT) milestones.
Critical Thinking: The coach must be able to think outside the box, use AI and critical analysis to scrutinize plans, ensure realism, presume problems, and provide direct, "trennscharf" feedback (alternatives, missing steps).
Action & Accountability: The coach must be supportive but firm, providing accountability (weekly check-ins, gentle reminders), helping integrate steps into my calendar, and identifying necessary tools, skills, and external services.
Trust: Absolute privacy, discretion, and confidentiality are paramount. The coach must be self-critical and transparent regarding their own expertise limits.
Success is defined by achieving fast clarity, making realistic progress, and implementing solutions derived from the coach's challenging, relevant questions.
Project-aspects include aspects from my work as a Therapist, writing 2 books, creating a website, reading books, writing prompts, social aspects, banking.
