Primavera P6 Villa Schedule
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’ve already modelled the entire villa in BIM and exported it to Navisworks; now I need a solid Primavera P6 schedule that I can rely on for milestone tracking. Your task is to open a fresh P6 file (or refine the stub I provide), build a clear WBS, sequence all activities logically, and attach the key construction and procurement milestones so I can monitor progress at a glance.
Please link the schedule to the Navisworks model (Timeliner) so I can generate a 4D simulation straight from the P6 data. I will supply the latest NWD, basic quantity take-off and the architectural PDFs. Deliverables I expect:
• A clean, well-structured .xer file with activity codes, calendars and baseline set
• The linked Navisworks file showing the 4D animation driven by your schedule
• A brief note explaining any assumptions you had to make so I can update them later
I’m aiming to approve the baseline this week, so speed is critical; if you can start immediately and keep daily touchpoints until the first draft is ready, that would be perfect.
