Primavera Schedule for Planning Phase

My construction project is still in the planning stage, and I want to walk into breaking-ground with a rock-solid Primavera P6 schedule already in hand. I need a clearly defined activity list, logical relationships, and a realistic critical path that will serve as the project’s baseline the moment work begins. If you believe resource loading, cash-flow curves, or risk registers would strengthen the schedule, I’m open to including them as well—as long as the end result remains clear, easy to update, and fully compatible with Primavera P6.

Deliver the native .XER file and a PDF or Excel printout that summarises the key milestones and overall timeline so I can share it with stakeholders who don’t use P6.
