Primavera Schedule for Commercial Build

I have a commercial construction job kicking off and all the core data—drawings, quantities, work-breakdown structure, and key milestones—is ready. What I need now is a focused Primavera P6 schedule that pulls everything together.
Scope of work
• Build a clear timeline in Primavera P6 covering every activity from site setup to hand-over.
• Load labour, equipment, and material resources at a high level so I can see day-to-day demand.
• Flag obvious risks in the programme and tie each to a simple mitigation note.
Acceptance
The schedule should open cleanly in P6 R8 or later, use reasonable calendars, and stay within the critical path logic I provide. A short PDF or PNG printout of the Gantt chart will help me review quickly.
