Primavera P6 Schedule Baseline
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a project that is ready for its first schedule baseline and I want it built directly in Primavera P6. The focus is on a clean, logic-driven programme that captures every activity and milestone required for baseline approval.
Here is what I need:
• All project activities and contractual milestones loaded and logically linked.
• Proper calendars, WBS and coding so the plan is easy to filter and report on.
• A single approved baseline saved in P6 that I can later update for progress-tracking.
I do not need cost or resource loading at this stage, but please leave the structure flexible enough to accommodate them in future updates. Once complete, export the .XER and a PDF bar chart so I can review and sign off.
