Primavera Project Progress Reports Generation
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I am in need of a professional who can prepare the project baseline schedule using primavera P6 software and submit it in PDF and XER format to me.
The schedule shall be updated and submitted to me in PDF and XER formats
monthly as a minimum and whenever a revised recovery plan is issued.
Also, you shall prepare and submit along with the project baseline a project S-curve
showing weekly planned accomplishments and manpower histogram.
The schedule shall identify all the deliverables (about 30 documents) for the project and their planned, actual, and forecast dates for initiation and completion. The rules for earning progress for deliverables shall be explained to you, once agreed with End User.
The earned progress percentages shall be updated in line with the agreed rules for earning progress. Thus, every week a Progress Curve shall be produced which shows the actual, forecast, and planned progress.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Primavera software and its reporting capabilities
- Strong understanding of project management and progress tracking
- Experience in generating professional quality reports
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide weekly reports consistently.
Estimated Project duration, 10 months. So, we talk about 40 deliveries, aprox.
Lump Sum price or price per delivery are welcome. Partial payments feasible. LICENSED SOFTWARE IS MANDATORY.
