Primavera Construction Progress Schedule

I need a full project schedule built in Primavera that reflects every key activity on my current construction job. The schedule’s main role is to let me track progress day-to-day and spot slippage early, so logic ties and realistic durations are a must. I will supply drawings, scope documents and any crew/productivity data you request; you will translate that information into a clean, well-structured Primavera file with calendars, WBS, relationships and critical path clearly defined.

Please include:
• An .xer file ready to import
• A concise PDF bar chart for quick site review
• A short note explaining any assumptions you make while sequencing

If we collaborate smoothly, I’m open to periodic updates or look-ahead schedules as the build moves forward.
