Pre-project - MS projects set up and training (Microsoft Project expert required)

We have a lot of projects we want to set up in MS projects. What we are looking for before selecting the person, to assess the quality (paid) - so give a 2 or 3 hour training in MS projects how to set up things. In that way we can select the right person, internally people are trained to make also adjustments on deliverables in the future.
