Power Platform Sub-Contractor Work
Scope:
The Sub-Contractor will be responsible for Power Platform development for Triel Incorporated, encompassing Power Apps (Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI visuals. The solution must be fully functional and bug-free prior to Triel Incorporated’s approval, covering Security Roles, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Power BI.
1. Account Access:
The Sub-Contractor will access Triel Incorporated’s tenant, with developer accounts provided for all required developers.
2. Responsibilities:
o Development
o Testing
o Security Role configuration
3. Required Deliverables:
a. Customer Contract Management:
o Change Orders: Flows to process financial data once amounts are confirmed.
o Liquidated Damages: Flows to process financial data once amounts are confirmed.
o Contract Billing: Flows to process financial data once amounts are confirmed.
b. Customer Portal (Power Pages):
o Customer-facing Power Page where customers can view:

Contract Information (Change Orders, Liquidated Damages, Contract Billing)
c. Sub-Contractor Management:
o Existing Sub-Contractor Table: Tracks Sub-Contractor insurance with automatic email reminders for insurance expiry at 60, 30, 15, 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before expiration.
o Insurance Renewal: Add functionality for Sub-Contractors to upload and renew insurance on Power Pages. This information must be submitted for review by Triel Incorporated, with approved documents copied into SharePoint via flow automation.
d. Project Closeout:
o Document Requirements: Project cannot close until criteria are met, including finalizing change orders, completing punch lists, closing permits, obtaining certificates, and securing all necessary documents.
o Customer Feedback: Collect feedback on project planning, work quality, timeliness, professionalism, safety, issue resolution, value, and overall experience.
o Subcontractor Feedback: Obtain feedback on communication, scope clarity, coordination, schedule, and professionalism.
o City Feedback: Gather feedback on compliance, communication, work quality, site management, and contractor performance.
