Sourcing candidates / Posting a job on LinkedIn

Hi, my name is Emily and I am an independent Strategy Consultant based in Vienna. I am looking to work with a recruiter in order to find candidates for a Project Manager role to support me with a project that I am working on for a client of mine. I am looking for a recruiter that would come up with 60 candidates' details and resumes. Candidayes must be of the following nationalities: Taiwan, Vietnam, or South Korea. No further screening will be required - I just need the initial pool of leads and their information in an organized excel sheet. The rest of the process will be done by me.
Preferably I would like the job to be posted on LinkedIn - promotion costs will be covered and a receipt will be required! However I am open to hearing about more options. If you can get this job done, I am happy to connect and provide further details and a job description. Thank you!
