Populate PDF Forms from Spreadsheet

I have a collection of fillable PDF forms and a master spreadsheet that work hand in hand. Most of the key details are already typed in the sheet, yet each record still has fields that must be pulled directly from the PDFs themselves, so this is genuine data input from PDFs with a quick copy-paste assist from the spreadsheet.

Here’s the flow I need followed: open the PDF, locate the matching row in the spreadsheet, copy any pre-filled cells, then add the remaining information that exists only inside the PDF. Once a form is complete, save it under the file name specified in the sheet and drop it into the folder that matches the category column. Accuracy matters far more than speed, because these documents will go straight to clients.

Deliverables
• Fully-populated PDF forms, saved and organised inside clearly named category folders
• An updated status sheet noting every finished record and flagging anything that was unclear or missing
