We are a global travel and tourism media company scaling a new podcast series to 500 episodes over 10 months, featuring senior executives from Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs).
The host is already in place — you will handle everything else around the recordings.
What You'll Do
Send invites to prospective guests
Follow up until booked, scheduled, and confirmed
Set up and manage Riverside.FM sessions (studio setup, guest onboarding, tech checks)
Support the host during live recordings (monitor quality, troubleshoot)
Download, organise, and manage post-session files
Send finished episodes to guests for approval
Follow up until written sign-off is received
Track all 500 episodes in a shared production tracker
Must-Haves
Proven Riverside.FM experience (share samples in bid)
2+ years podcast production
Excellent written English for executive-level outreach
High-volume follow-up experience (50+ active threads)
Full-time availability for 10 months
Nice to Have
GoHighLevel / CRM experience
Basic audio/video editing
