Platform Project/ Delivery Manager

Looking for a experienced developer for a long-term project. You will work with a team of international experts for this project.

Project Description:

The development of a platform that provides a comprehensive set of tools to create more efficient and cost-effective enterprise-scale industrial AI applications.

Tasks:

• Be a connection point between IT and business;
• Shape and track the release scope for the next few sprints;
• Create long-term and short-term development plans, track the plans alignment;
• Structuring the team work and shaping the development processes to maximize the performance;
• Evaluate development team performance and the development processes;
• Shape the team through the planning understanding and the team capacity assessment;
• Communicate and manage expectations of the stakeholders;
• Prepare presentations of the product as required;
• Identify and manage risks;
• Assist with collection, analysis and systematization of requirements, decomposition of projects and tasks in Jira, prioritization of tasks in accordance with the plan

Key Requirements:

• Previous 3+ years experience working as a Project / Delivery Manager within agile software development teams;
• University degree (Bachelor / Master);
• Good resource planning skills;
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies;
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines;
• High working capacity, neatness, attention to details, multitasking;
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced English speaking and writing abilities;
• Business Analyst or Product Owner or Product Manager experience
