Pilot Administrative Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We're seeking an organised individual to provide operational and administrative support for a pilot.
The pilot will be for a service, accessible through an app, enabling local mothers to share domestic capacity. The end-to-end is entirely novel, and the founder is a mother building to solve a problem she and all mothers she knows faces. The pilot will have between 20 and 50 mothers in London, and is highly sensitive work. The ideal person will really resonate with the sound of this project and be compassionate, patient and mentally astute.
Key tasks include:
- Supporting activities surfaced within the user journey of the pilot
- Supporting manual the activity of "doing what the app will do" to gather learns and requirements that will then be captured and scoped for later builds and integration before launch.
- Handling communications related to the pilot's schedule and needs
- Supporting on insight gathering and proactive research.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven administrative skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience running and being a key member of tightly run, complex projects
If you are reading psychology and/or sociology, this would be a huge plus.
We are very early. This pilot is to demonstrate what we know can be possible so our budget is very modest. However, exposure to genuinely new approaches to addressing some systemic challenges is high, and we would love to be able to retain the right person as we grow, launch, and secure funding.
