Philippine monday.com Workflow Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m expanding the range of monday.com services I deliver to clients and need a fellow Philippine-based consultant who can jump straight into Workflow Automation. You’ll be refining and building automations on both existing and brand-new boards, then tying everything together with Make.com scenarios.
Here’s the landscape you’ll be working in:
• Clients already rely on monday.com for task management, sales processes, and customer support, so each automation you create must respect—and where possible streamline—those three pillars.
• Some boards are mature and only need targeted tweaks; others will start from scratch and require full architecture, mapping and execution.
• Make.com will be our primary integration layer, although native monday.com recipes and custom automations are fair game when they make more sense.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Discovery doc that captures current board structure, pain points, and quick-win opportunities.
2. Clearly named monday.com automations or Make.com scenarios that handle repetitive steps, eliminate data re-entry, and trigger notifications or status changes at the right time.
3. Test plan with success criteria and rollback notes.
4. Short loom or live walkthrough so our customers understand, adopt, and maintain what you’ve built.
Acceptance criteria:
• All automations run error-free for a full week in a sandbox environment before going live.
• No manual intervention should be required for routine transitions (status changes, hand-offs, SLA reminders, etc.).
• Documentation is clear enough for a non-technical operations manager to follow.
If you have solid monday.com admin experience, can script complex Make.com routes, and are comfortable collaborating during PH business hours, let’s move quickly.
