About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable and resourceful Virtual Mission Executive — a modern personal assistant who can take ownership of day-to-day logistics and free up executive time.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating tasks, and getting things done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

You will act as a remote executor for a variety of personal and operational tasks:
• Travel Management
Plan and manage travel end-to-end (flights, stays, itineraries, bookings)
• Personal Errands Management
Handle online shopping, vendor coordination, and day-to-day requirements
• Hiring & Vendor Coordination
Assist in sourcing and coordinating hiring of:
• Chef
• Housekeeping staff
• Nanny / Jappa maid
• Driver
• House Manager

• House Shifting Assistance
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines for smooth relocation
• Appointment & Schedule Management
Organize meetings, bookings, and client appointments

• Comfortable with online tools, bookings, and vendor calls
• Prior experience in virtual assistance / operations is a plus
