Part-Time Remote Team Coordinator| Work From Home
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a small distributed team and am looking for a proactive coordinator who can keep our day-to-day operations flowing with just 2–3 focused hours of work each weekday. The role is fully remote and designed to generate a steady ₹18 K–₹20 K monthly income for the right person.
You will own three core functions: setting up and confirming meetings, keeping team conversations structured, and tracking overall project status so everyone knows what’s next. We meet and communicate primarily on Zoom, so solid command of that platform is essential. If you also happen to know Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, or similar tools, that flexibility will be useful, but Zoom proficiency is the non-negotiable.
Typical rhythm
• Mornings: review messages, schedule or adjust Zoom calls, and circulate the updated calendar.
• Mid-day: check project boards, note blockers, and nudge team members where needed.
• Evenings: send a concise status recap so I wake up to a clear snapshot.
Deliverables I expect
• A real-time calendar of all team meetings, always current by end of your shift.
• A single daily summary (no longer than one paragraph) capturing key decisions, action items, and owner assignments.
• An updated progress tracker that flags risks before they become issues.
If you communicate crisply, enjoy organizing people, and can commit to a consistent 2–3 hour window each day, let’s talk.
