Pakistan Orphanage Operations Consultant

Job ID: 40162614

Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

I am in the early stages of establishing a new orphanage in Pakistan and need an experienced professional to turn my outline ideas into a fully-functioning daily-operations model. Your background should include hands-on work with charities or orphanage management inside the country, so you understand local regulations, cultural expectations, and resource realities.

What I need right now is step-by-step guidance on daily operations. That covers everything from recruiting and training compassionate staff, planning routines for building upkeep, to designing age-appropriate childcare and educational programs that meet national standards. I already have a broad vision and basic notes, but no detailed systems, manuals, or schedules.

Key deliverables I expect:
• A comprehensive operations manual detailing staff roles, hiring pipelines, onboarding checklists, and ongoing training modules
• A practical facility-maintenance plan with daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks, vendor contacts, and budget estimates
• A childcare and education framework outlining curricula, extracurricular activities, safeguarding policies, and progress-tracking methods
• An implementation timeline that maps out milestones from pre-launch preparations to the first six months of operation

Please highlight any previous orphanage or NGO projects you have led in Pakistan, the tools or templates you prefer to use (e.g., SOP manuals, HR software, maintenance logs), and how quickly you can start. I’m open to virtual collaboration but welcome periodic site visits if feasible.
